Thank you for your interest to join our Virtual 6AM Fitness Workout Group! This group is designed to provide you live virtual fitness workouts Monday – Friday 6AM Eastern Time via Zoom.com along with an accountability group!

Occassionally by the month, we host evening workout sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 7:30 PM Eastern Time via Zoom.com. The cost is $50 per month for only 7:30 PM sessions, everything else below still apply.

Cost:$80 per month (includes 6AM & occassionally 7:30 PM sessions) & your payment confirms you agree to the waiver agreement below.

Waiver Agreement

TRAINING AND PAYMENTS: Training includes various exercise programs involving various activities. Activities shall mean the following: testing, including but not limited to testing of the cardiovascular system, heart rate, muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility; training; exercise; aerobics and aerobic conditioning and training; weight training; circuit training; cardiovascular exercise and training; use of machinery, training equipment, free weights, circuit machinery, and cardiovascular machines; stretching; weight lifting; and any other training activities, techniques, and/or exercises.

The Training Package chosen by the client shall consist of training sessions. The Client agrees to pay the Fitness Enthusiast & Coach the sum of $80.00 for the month covering all Training Sessions. The entire fee amount for the Training package is due prior to the commencement of the first Training Session after the complimentary week session.

All Training Sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom.com or another video calling platform. Any Training Session not used within 30 days of the Effective Date for any Training Package shall be forfeited. The Client shall not be entitled to a refund of the cost for any Training Session not used within 30 days.

WAIVER AND INDEMNITY: The Client agrees to indemnify the staff and/or the fitness trainer for any injuries, illnesses, or expenses from the Clients participation, especially if the Client has neglected to disclose a known medical condition or similar information that might affect the Clients ability to participate in the Fitness Program.

WARRANTIES OR PROMISES: There are no warranties or promises either express or implied in this Agreement that are not expressly contained in this Agreement.


What do I need to get started?

Laptop, Phone, or Tablet/iPad to log into www.zoom.com, water bottle, towel, and weights. Please use the correct Zoom ID when logging into sessions, see the Calendar in GroupMe for more information. When you log in to attend a session, please make sure you are ready to workout & your camera is turned on for the Fitness Enthusiast & Coach to see you.

What type of equipment do I need? We suggest using weights but if not, you can still start the sessions. Please work on getting weights – 8, 10, & 15 pounds are a good start depending on your fitness level. If you are just getting started with your fitness journey, we suggest 8s or 5s pound weights and work your way up. Also, resistant bands, jump rope, and a notepad to write down your workouts.

How long are the workout sessions? All sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour LIVE with the Fitness Enthusiast & Coach & they are NOT RECORDED unless otherwise advised by the Fitness Enthusiast & Coach. You must attend the session to receive the workout.

What days are the sessions offered? Sessions are offered Monday – Friday at 6 AM Eastern Time. Unfortunately, the schedule CANNOT be changed for you.

What happens if I miss a session? Nothing, you just miss the workout for the day. We suggest you still workout using your Workout Library from prior workouts notes you wrote down.

What if I’m unable to make it to the workout the entire month? Nothing, you will attend the workouts you can but there’s no refunds or adjustments for times missed. The workout is a flat $80 per month and it’s non-refundable.

Will I be the only one working out in the training session? No, this is group training there will be multiple people working out to the training instructions at the same time, including the Fitness Enthusiast & Coach.

Do the sessions include Holidays? The training schedule is subject to change during the holidays or special circumstances as noted by the Fitness Enthusiast & Coach. If so, you will be notified well in advance of the timeframe.

What if I want to invite a friend to workout with me? The workout fee is per person. If you would like to invite a friend, please send them the registration to join.

Will the 6AM time change in the future? Likely, no we’ve done 6AM for years and only alter for the holidays or special circumstances.

Will you provide custom workouts for each person individually? No, these are group training sessions. This is not one-on-one personal training.

Do you offer a meal plan? Yes, please contact the Trainer directly to request a meal plan at no additional cost.

Will there be any additional activities outside of 6AM Group Training? Yes, we often do Super Saturday workout sessions, 5K or 10K races, and social activities.

Where is the accountability group? The group is hosted on “GroupMe” you will be added once Step 1 & 2 have been completed.

Will my monthly fee be automated? No, you will voluntarily make your payment for the next month at the time of your monthly anniversary.
